Please complete this electronic form to request your high school transcript.

If you have questions or need assistance, please email Mrs. Lucy Spaeth, Office Assistant, or call her at 701-356-2055. Please allow two school days for transcript requests to be processed.  During June-July, the counseling office is closed; please allow 7 days for transcript requests to be processed.

NAIA and NCAA

If you need to send your transcript to the NCAA Eligibility Center or to the NAIA Eligibility Center, create an account and follow the steps online. If you have additional questions, please see Mrs. Spaeth in the counseling office. 

Transcript Tips

• Always submit your college application before sending your transcript.
• Check your transcript for accuracy BEFORE sending.
• Colleges prefer to receive transcripts electronically.
• Allow two school days for transcript requests to be processed.  In June and July, allow 7 business days.
