Request a Transcript

The Education Portal is a robust and secure web-based system to transfer high school transcripts to participating colleges and universities. The Education Portal also provides students the opportunity to monitor progress and apply for the ND State Academic or CTE scholarship. For those students that enroll and complete dual credit college courses, those courses will be tracked within their eTranscript. Data for the Education Portal is pulled from the ND Statewide Longitudinal Data System (SLDS).

To access the Education Portal:

1. Log into PowerSchool
2. Select the Application icon in the upper right corner.
3. In the Applications drawer, select Education Portal. 
   1. Note: an information drawer is available on all screens, containing specific information about data found on the screen. The information drawer can be accessed by selecting the information icon on the left side of the screen. 
4. Select Student 
5. Send Transcripts
   1. Selecting this tab will allow the student to send a Certified transcript to a participating institution.
   2. To send a transcript select Country and State, then click on Search. This will display all institutions available to receive transcripts in alphabetical order. Under Action, select Send Now and/or Send After Graduation for the corresponding institution. High school transcripts are available to be sent to any participating institution. If an institution is not listed, complete this electronic form to have a paper copy of your transcript mailed to your college

NAIA and NCAA

If you need to send your transcript to the NCAA Eligibility Center or to the NAIA Eligibility Center, create an account and follow the steps online. If you have additional questions, please see Mrs. Spaeth in the counseling office. 

Transcript Tips

• Always submit your college application before sending your transcript.
• Check your transcript for accuracy BEFORE sending.
• Colleges prefer to receive transcripts electronically.
• Allow two school days for transcript requests to be processed.  In June and July, allow 7 business days.
