2026-2027 Class Schedules: Class schedules for all students will be available for viewing on Infinite Campus starting August 11th, 2026.  Schedules will not be printed.  Students should view our new student information system, Infinite Campus for their schedule.  Carefully read below for information about Fall 2026 schedule fixes.

WFHS Schedule FIX Policy 

A great deal of time is invested in the registration and scheduling process.  Teacher allotments are decided by the courses students sign up for in the spring.  Each student is given ample opportunity to make his/her schedule choices.  Students are expected to enroll in the classes they selected in the spring.  For these reasons, no changes will be allowed unless they are deemed necessary and/or possible by the school.   

  • Only ONE REQUEST per student is allowed.  
  • Schedule fixes WILL NOT be made for a change of teacher, a change of period, or a different lunch.   
  • We do not overfill classes.  
  • Student requested changes will only be made at specific times during the year. Acceptable dates are posted and announced.
  • At the start of the school year or the start of semester two, your schedule may change due to balancing of classes or because a class has been eliminated.  There are no guarantees that the schedule a student receives during registration will be their schedule for the entire school year. 

 The following are the ONLY reasons a schedule fix will be considered: 

  1. I have less than 6 periods of class in a semester.
  2. I have more than 6 periods of class in a semester.
  3. I do not have a course that I need for graduation.
  4. I do not have the prerequisite for a course on my schedule.
  5. I have already passed and received credit for a course on my schedule.
  6. I failed this course or another course before with the same teacher.
  7. I want to add or replace a current course with a Dual Credit or AP course.
  8. I need to make a change to meet the requirements of the ND Academic or CTE Scholarship.
  9. My schedule is academically unbalanced. (Ex: two math or two English classes on the same A or B day.)

 If your request does not meet these standards, your request will be denied. 

 Fall 2026 Schedule Fix Day - Thursday, August 13th, 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM at WFHS.

Questions about schedules or schedule fixes WILL NOT be addressed until August 13th – Schedule Fix Day. 

  • All schedules are being carefully reviewed by WFHS Administration and, therefore, will only be changed following the strict standards listed above.  
  • Only ONE REQUEST per student is allowed.  
  • DEADLINE: All schedule fix requests MUST be submitted in person during Schedule Fix Day on Thursday, August 13th at WFHS, 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM. 
  • August 13th is the ONLY opportunity to request a schedule fix.  Schedule fix requests received after this date will not be considered.
  • Principals and counselors will review schedule fix requests with students on this day. 
  • Students MUST attend in person. Parents are welcome but not required. 
  • No questions about schedules or schedule fixes will be addressed by phone, email, Schoology, etc. 
  • Mandatory: Each student MUST complete a schedule fix form prior to speaking with a counselor or administrator.  Forms can be downloaded/printed here; or they will be available at the front door of the school on Schedule Fix Day.
