Michael Fregin

Michael Fregin is from Little Falls, MN, and moved to Moorhead in 2014. Michael earned his Bachelor of Arts in Exercise Science from Concordia College, Bachelor of Science in Health and Physical Education from MSUM, and Master of Education in Educational Leadership from Grand Canyon University. At West Fargo, Michael teaches Physical Education and is a year-round strength and conditioning coach for the Packer athletic teams. Michael also runs the “Packer Power” strength and conditioning program during the summer. Michael resides in Moorhead with his wife, daughter, and dog.
