Teresa Black Cloud, is currently the Graduation Coach in the WFHS Grad Support Program, which provides students with individualized support they need to make high school graduation a reality. She wholeheartedly believes in creating communities of support and hope for students through critical dialogue, restorative practices, mentoring, and skill-building. Mrs. BlackCloud taught Language Arts for 9 years, including as a middle school teacher in Park River, ND, and as a Language Arts teacher for English Learners at West Fargo High School. She studied at North Dakota State University, gaining her Masters in School Counseling and Clinical Mental Health Counseling, which inspires her work as an advocate for student well-being and using strength-based approaches to help students grow. She enjoys music/concerts, stories, and spending time with her family. Mrs. Black Cloud is also a proud Lakota member of the Standing Rock Sioux Nation.
