Rick Anderson teaches Accounting I & II, Business Finance, Business Law, and Advanced Keyboarding.  Rick is the Future Business Leaders of America (FBLA) Advisor for WFHS. He was selected as the 2019 Outstanding Advisor for the state of North Dakota. He started coaching girls’ and boys’ basketball in Cooperstown in 1984.  After moving to West Fargo in 1990, he has coached at many levels within the girls’ and boys’ programs.  He also coached track in 1992. After taking two years off from coaching, he joined the girls’ program coaching the freshman team and now is the assistant varsity girls’ basketball coach.  In 2021, Rick received his 35-year longevity award from The North Dakota Coaches Association. In 2023, Rick was named the 2022-2023 North Dakota Assistant Coach of the Year for Winter Sports by the North Dakota Coaches Association.
